2000 Porsche Boxster S, finished in black with black soft top, and a black interior. This Boxster is equipped with the desirable 6-speed manual transmission. Factory equipment includes 17-inch alloy wheels, a power-retractable soft top, speed-activated rear spoiler, leather upholstery, a Becker Porsche CDR-220 stereo, and DSP Digital Sound Processing.Modifications reported by the seller include a Soul Performance valved exhaust bypass, Bilstein B6 shocks and struts, Porsche 911 996 GT3 brake cooling ducts, a Ben Auto Design short throw shifter, and more detailed below. Called "986" internally, the first-generation Boxster was introduced for 1997 as Porsche's long-awaited entry-level model. It was immediately well-received by driving enthusiasts; some even called it a better overall platform than the 911 thanks to its mid-mounted engine.
