2006 Jeep Wrangler X, finished in Deep Beryl Green Pearlcoat with a black soft top and a black interior. Factory equipment on this Wrangler includes Dana axles, a folding windshield, full metal doors, highback front bucket seats, and air conditioning.Modifications include 17-inch 7-spoke chrome wheels, a Spectre air intake kit, aftermarket front and rear steel bumpers, a 12,000-lb. winch, a Smittybilt soft top, a Bluetooth-equipped Kenwood head unit, and overhead speakers with lights. The full list of modifications can be seen below.Round headlights made their first appearance on a Wrangler when the TJ model arrived in 1996 as a 1997 model. It also ushered in a more road-friendly suspension system with coil instead of leaf springs, but it lost none of its predecessor's famed off-road capability. 2005 brought a 6-speed manual transmission, and the TJ retired after the 2006 model year.Power comes from a 4.0-liter straight-6, which produces 190 horsepower and 235 lb-ft of torque. Known for its longevity, the engine spins the rear or the 4 wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission, a part-time four-wheel-drive system, and a 2-speed transfer case.
