2002 Honda S2000, finished in New Formula Red with a black leather interior. Modifications on this Honda are limited to a set of 17-inch Enkei wheels and a K&N cold air intake and filter.A new convertible top was installed in 2019, and the corresponding documentation is located in the photo gallery.The Honda S2000 was introduced to celebrate the company's 50th anniversary in 1999 and was produced through the 2009 model year. The model designation refers to the engine's 2000cc displacement, and the engine's per-liter output was the highest of any naturally aspirated regular-production car. With the engine set back in the chassis, the S2000 boasted 50/50 weight distribution, which along with a double-wishbone suspension at all four wheels made for engaging handling. This 2002 is an early-series AP1 model, which means it has a higher-revving engine than the later AP2 cars, although those models have larger displacement. It also benefits from the glass rear window that arrived with the 2002 model year, and its convertible top has been recently replaced.The "F20C" 2.0-liter inline-4 is noted for its redline of 9,000 rpm in the AP1. It produces 240 horsepower at 8,300 rpm and 153 lb-ft of torque at 7,500 rpm, dispatched to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission and a Torsen limited-slip differential.
