1997 BMW M3 Coupe, finished in Cosmos Black Metallic with a Modena interior. This M3 received a 5-speed manual swap in 2014, along with a 3.38 ratio limited-slip differential.From the factory, this M3 was equipped with alloy wheels, manually-adjustable front sport seats, automatic air conditioning, a sunroof, and a Harman/Kardon sound system, among other features.Extensively modified, this M3 has received a Turner Motorsport "Stage 4" kit, which includes Schrick camshafts, an aFe air intake, Bosch 24 lb fuel injectors, Shorty headers, a Porsche 911 3.5-inch MAF sensor with Turner harness adapter/bracket, and a Shark Injector Stage 4 tune. A full list of modifications is listed below. The seller reports the VANOS system was rebuilt in March 2014.BMW introduced the E36 M3 with the "S50" inline-six-powered coupe in Europe in 1992. E36 M3 coupes were offered in the U.S. beginning in 1995, concurrent with the introduction of the larger S52 engine. The M3 sedan was launched 1997, with the E36 chassis being the only M3-badged sedan sold in the U.S. with a naturally-aspirated inline-six to date; sales concluded in 1999.Power comes from the S52 inline-6, rated at 240 horsepower and 236 lb-ft of torque in stock form. The Turner Motorsports Stage 4 kit is said to increase output by 55 horsepower, though no dyno sheet is attached. Output is sent to the rear wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission.
