2005 Toyota 4Runner Sport Edition 4x4, finished in Galactic Gray Mica with a gray interior. The window sticker pictured in the gallery notes that this 4Runner cost $33,915 new. It's equipped with the Sport Package, a locking center differential, skid plates, black running boards, a trailer hitch, cloth upholstery, a 10-speaker JBL Synthesis sound system, and hill-start assist technology, among other features. Modifications reported by the seller include a bright brake pedal cap, a Pioneer touchscreen, and a remote engine starter. The factory head unit is shown in the gallery and included in the sale.The fourth-generation 4Runner arrived for 2003. It was larger, more powerful, and generally more refined than the model it replaced. Toyota significantly bucked the industry's trend towards car-like crossovers and let the 4Runner keep its rugged body-on-frame construction, an architecture later shared with the FJ Cruiser. Production ended in 2009.Power comes from a 4.0-liter V6, rated at 245 horsepower and 282 lb-ft of torque. It spins the rear or the four wheels via a 5-speed automatic transmission.
