The seller reports no modifications.Ford rekindled its rivalry with Ferrari when it rebooted the GT for 2005. Inspired by the Le Mans-winning GT40, the limited-production coupe represented America in the supercar segment with a heritage-laced design, a driver-focused interior, and a mid-mounted supercharged V8 engine. Around 4,000 units were built, and Ford retired the GT nameplate until it launched the second-generation model for 2017.Power comes from a 5.4-liter supercharged V8, rated at 550 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transaxle.
