The seller reports no modifications. Called "955" internally, the first-generation Cayenne made its American debut for the 2003 model year. It was a hugely controversial model at launch, but it quickly won over skeptics with its unusual blend of on-road performance and off-road prowess. It retired as the best-selling member of the Porsche range in 2010, and its replacement arrived shortly after.Power comes from a 4.5-liter V8, rated at 340 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque.
