2005 Dodge Viper SRT-10 Copperhead Edition, finished in Copperhead Orange Satin with a black leather interior. This Viper is #267 out of 300 Copperhead Edition examples produced for the 2005 model year, according to the plaque found on the dashboard. Factory equipment includes model-specific 18- and 19-inch polished alloy wheels, a sport suspension, a fabric soft top with glass rear window, leather upholstery with orange stitching, an in-dash 6-disc CD player, Alpine sound system, and more as detailed below. Modifications are limited to the application of paint protection film and the fitment of K&N air filters.Introduced in 2003, the third-generation Viper was launched as a convertible only and featured a larger V10 engine with more power, heavily restyled bodywork, and a lighter, more rigid chassis than its predecessor; the iconic side-pipe exhaust design would also return to the Viper. The model was renamed SRT-10, and replaced both the GTS and RT/10 models from the previous generation. A coupe variant was released for the 2006 model year. Power comes from an 8.3-liter V10, which produces 500 horsepower and 525 lb-ft of torque. The engine spins the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission.
