Modifications made to this Wrangler are extensive and the full list is detailed below. include a Sprintex Stage II twin-screw supercharger, Centerforce dual-friction high-performance clutch, and an AEV 3.5-inch suspension lift.Factory equipment on the Rubicon over the standard Wrangler includes a beefier suspension, Dana 44 heavy-duty front and rear axles with push-button lockers, and sway bars that disconnected at the tap of a button.The JK generation Wrangler was introduced in 2006 for the 2007 model year, though it continued to be updated throughout its production run. The lineup received a revised dash for 2011, Chrysler's new "Pentastar" V6 in 2012, and for the 2013 model year, the JK was given newly contoured seats and trim, ambient cabin lighting, and a second windshield washer nozzle.In stock form, the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine produced 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque, though modifications have improved these numbers; a dyno sheet was provided to indicate current output. The Wrangler spins the rear or all four wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission and 2-speed "Rock-Trac" 4-wheel drive transfer case.
