2014 Chevrolet SS, finished in Silver Ice Metallic with a black interior. This SS is equipped with a limited-slip differential, fog lights, a rear spoiler, heated and ventilated front seats, a Bose sound system, Bluetooth connectivity, and a head-up display, among other features.Modifications reported by the seller include an ECU tune, Kooks long-tube headers, Dynomax mufflers, a Circle D Specialties 3200-3400 stall torque converter, and Brembo brake calipers from a Cadillac CTS-V.Chevrolet enlisted the help of Australian sister company Holden to release the SS for the 2014 model year. Closely related to the Commodore, the SS picked up where the Impala SS left off in 1996 with a naturally-aspirated V8, a rear-wheel-drive architecture, and a spacious interior. It was marketed as a subtle four-door muscle car that put a decidedly American spin on the concept of a sport sedan.Approximately 12,906 units of the SS were shipped from Australia to the United States between the 2014 and the 2017 model years, though a handful were left-overs sold in 2018.Power comes from a 6.2-liter V8, rated at 415 horsepower and 415 lb-ft of torque when left stock. The modifications increase horsepower to 448, according to a dyno sheet pictured in the gallery. Called "LS3" internally, the engine spins the rear wheels via a 6-speed automatic transmission linked to shift paddles.
