The B5-generation Audi A4 is the car that finally put Audi on the path to success in America. At launch, it was offered with a turbo 4 or a V6, automatic or manual transmissions, and front- or all-wheel-drive. An Avant wagon and a high-performance S4 variant later joined the line-up.
