1990 Citroen XM, finished in Gris Dolmen Metallic with a gray interior. This is a European-spec sedan that was reportedly imported from Belgium, it's equipped with a metric instrument cluster and its odometer displays about 16,100 kilometers, which represents approximately 10,000 miles. Factory equipment includes 15-inch wheels, a height-adjustable hydropneumatic suspension system, a rear spoiler, cloth upholstery, split-folding rear seats, and a cassette player. The only modification reported by the selling dealer is an aftermarket alarm system.Citroen launched the Bertone-designed XM in 1989 to replace the CX at the top of its range. The model stood out from its predecessor (and from nearly every car on European roads at the time) with a highly aerodynamic design and it ushered in a more advanced version of Citroen's hydropneumatic suspension system. Several engines plus sedan and wagon body styles were offered, and production ended in 2000. Citroen left the American market in 1974 but a small handful of XMs trickled in via gray-market channels.Power comes from a 2.0-liter fuel-injected 4-cylinder engine, rated at 130 horsepower and 133 lb-ft of torque. It spins the front wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission.
