Called "G22" internally, it's slightly bigger and more powerful than its predecessor, and it offers passengers a nicer interior that can be configured with a longer list of tech features. The M440i variant is positioned near the top of the range, a notch below the mighty M4, and it's still available new in 2022.Power comes from a 3.0-liter turbocharged straight-6, rated at 382 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque. This engine may be making more power as a result of the modifications, though a dyno sheet is not included. Called "B58" internally, it spins all four wheels via an 8-speed automatic transmission.
