2010 Volkswagen GTI, finished in Tornado Red with an Interlagos interior. The included window sticker in the photo gallery reveals that this GTI had an original MSRP of $30,395. It comes equipped with red-painted brake calipers, a touchscreen navigation system, a power sunroof, Dynaudio advanced audio system, and more, as detailed below. Modifications to this GTI include an APR stage 1 ECU tune, Volkswagen Golf R 18-inch wheels and rocker panels, a rear-view camera, and more listed below. The GTI has long been the performance flagship of the Volkswagen lineup. The sixth-generation model bowed in 2008 and improved upon its predecessor with a much nicer interior. 2-door versions were offered in the vein of the original GTI, though they are much less common than the 4-door models.This GTI is powered by an "EA888" 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine, rated at 200 horsepower and 207 lb-ft of torque in stock form. APR Tuning claims that its stage 1 ECU tune increases those figures to 261 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque, but a dyno sheet was not provided to confirm.. Output is sent to the front wheels via a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
