2003 Subaru Impreza WRX Wagon, finished in Platinum Silver Metallic with a black leather interior. This Subaru features the desirable 5-speed manual transmission. Factory equipment on this WRX wagon includes all-wheel drive, a viscous limited-slip rear differential, sport-tuned independent front and rear suspension, a leather-wrapped Momo steering wheel and shift knob, and air conditioning, among other standard and optional equipmentModifications are limited to Whiteline front and rear strut bars, IAG Performance high-pressure braided power steering line, a reupholstered leather interior, a Pioneer AVIC-X920BT head unit, and bi-xenon projector headlights. The 2nd-generation Impreza made its debut for the 2001 model year, and it spawned the first WRX sold on the American market. Like the standard Impreza, the WRX was offered as a sedan and as a station wagon. The WRX (World Rally eXperimental) gained rally-bred upgrades, including a more powerful engine, a firmer suspension, a limited-slip rear differential, and a more muscular design characterized by a functional hood scoop and a rear spoiler. Power comes from a 2.0-liter turbocharged flat 4 engine, rated at 227 horsepower and 217 lb-ft. Output is sent to all four wheels through a 5-speed manual transmission.
