2002 Lexus IS 300, finished in Graphite Gray Pearl with a black interior. This sedan's odometer displays about 22,400 miles. This IS 300's factory-fitted straight-6 has been replaced with a GS 430-sourced 4.3-liter "3UZ-FE" V8 and a BMW-sourced 6-speed manual transmission. The list of modifications reported by the seller also includes a Mishimoto radiator, an Injen Technology cold-air intake system, a solid flywheel, a 6-puck clutch disc, a KAAZ 2-way limited-slip differential, JIC FLT-A2 coilovers, front braking system parts from an LS 400, and wheel arch flares. It was developed as a Japanese take on the 3 Series recipe: nimble, quick, rear-wheel drive, and powered by a straight-6 engine. The range grew to include a wagon named SportCross for 2002. Production ended in 2005, though Lexus still uses the IS nameplate today.Power comes from a 4.3-liter V8, rated at 300 horsepower and 325 lb-ft of torque when left stock. The modifications might increase those figures but a dyno sheet is not available. It spins the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission.
