1993 Nissan Atlas Fire Truck, finished in red with a gray interior. This Atlas is a Japanese-spec, right-hand-drive truck equipped with a 4-speed manual transmission. Said to be imported from Japan in 2020, it's equipped with a metric instrument cluster, and the odometer shows about 15,700 kilometers, which represents approximately 9,800 miles. Equipment includes 14-inch steel wheels, auxiliary driving lights, cloth upholstery, vinyl flooring, a split-front bench seat, hand-crank windows, and more as detailed below. This truck was converted to serve with a Japanese fire department, and some of the modifications include a custom bed-mounted rack for carrying hoses, tools, and various firefighting equipment, a slide-out fire pump rack, auxiliary lights, and siren provisions. The second-generation Atlas was sold in several configurations between 1992 and 2007. It was developed primarily as a commercial vehicle, and though most were outfitted as pickups or delivery vans, a number of them also made their way into public service roles. They could be fitted with gas or diesel-powered engines, a choice of 2- or 4-wheel drive, and multiple bed configurations.Power comes from an "NA16" 1.6-liter inline-4, rated at 75 horsepower and 93 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear wheels through a 4-speed manual transmission.
