1990 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am GTA, finished in Medium Maroon Metallic with a Medium Gray interior. This Firebird's odometer shows about 22,200 miles. The window sticker pictured in the gallery notes that this coupe cost $24,364 when new (about $51,200 in 2021). It's equipped with 16-inch wheels, the "WS6" performance suspension system, leather upholstery, power-adjustable front seats, and a Delco cassette player with a graphic equalizer, among other features.The only modification reported by the seller is a K&N air filter.The third-generation Firebird arrived in 1982 with wedgy styling and a more contemporary interior. Based on the "F-Body" architecture, it stood proud as GM's most aerodynamic model to date. 1985 brought a new-look front end and redesigned rear lights, and production ended in 1992. Pontiac positioned the GTA model as the upmarket model in the range and equipped it accordingly.Power comes from a 5.7-liter (350-cubic-inch) V8, rated at 235 horsepower and 340 lb-ft of torque. It spins the rear wheels via a 4-speed automatic transmission.
