2008 Chevrolet HHR SS, finished in Cardinal Red Metallic with black and red interior. This HHR SS features the desirable 5-speed manual transmission, with a 4.05 final drive and factory limited-slip differential. Notable equipment on this HHR SS include: a sunroof, four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, launch control, sport seats with SS badging, an A-pillar-mounted boost gauge, and 18-inch wheels. The only modification reported by the seller is an OEM-style Turbosmart diverter valve.General Motors entered the retro-compact market with the HHR just as public opinion had begun to shift away from hatchbacks shaped like SUVs from the 1940's, and toward actual SUVs from the present day. Nevertheless the General soldiered on, delivering not only a genuinely interesting panel van version of the HHR, but this hot-rod SS turbo, complete with 5-speed manual transmission.The SS borrows hardware from its Cobalt SS platform mate, including the stout 2.0-liter turbo, manual transmission with no-lift shifting, and a sport suspension tuned at Germany's Nurburgring track.Power comes from a 2.0-liter inline-four engine, which produces 260 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the front wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission.
