Finished in Riverock Green Mica with a tan leather interior. Equipped with the factory-installed rear locking differential. Additional notable equipment includes the Leather Trim Package, a third-row seat, Burlwood trim, running boards, and more as detailed below. Modifications made to this Land Cruiser are limited to the addition of BFGoodrich KO2 tires, a brush guard with Rigid Industries Hybrid driving 20-inch light bar, a Pioneer touchscreen head unit with Bluetooth connectivity, and two MTX 10-inch subwoofers.Service documentation pictured in the photo gallery shows that the timing belt was changed in January 2022 at 229,791 miles. 1998 is the first model year of the 100-Series Land Cruiser. This is the first generation of a factory V8-powered Land Cruiser in North America. Also introduced with the 100-Series was an independent front suspension to improve on-road ride quality. The 1998 Land Cruisers are equipped with standard shocks and springs, unlike the Adjustable Height Control system found on later 100-Series Land Cruisers. Power comes from the "2UZ-FE" 4.7-liter V8, which produces 230 horsepower and 320 lb-ft of torque. The engine is mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission and a full-time 4-wheel drive system with a 2-speed transfer case.
