1984 Volkswagen Rabbit GTI, finished in Royal Red with a Maroon cloth interior. The Mk1 Golf (or Rabbit in the U.S.) was intended to replace the Beetle, and the sporty GTI debuted in 1975 initially as a homologation special for European racing.
