1988 Mitsubishi Mighty Max SPX Macro Cab 4x4, finished in metallic grey with a grey interior. Equipment includes a limited-slip rear differential, sliding rear window, a towing receiver, cloth upholstery, hand crank windows, air conditioning, and cruise control.A partial list of modifications reported by the seller includes a rebuilt 2.6-liter engine block, a Weber 38/38 DGES carburetor, Pacesetter header, a radiator rebuilt with larger cores, 15-inch steel wheels with oversized all-terrain tires, a bed topper, LED headlights, Hella auxiliary lighting, a sliding bed drawer system, and a JVC head unit with MP3 and Bluetooth connectivity. Mitsubishi introduced the compact Mighty Max to the U.S. in 1986. It was offered in regular and extended-cab variants, with 2- or 4-wheel drive configurations, manual and automatic transmissions, and even a 1-ton model. Production ended in 1996.Power comes from a carbureted 2.6-liter inline-4, rated at approximately 114 horsepower and 146 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a 5-speed manual transmission and a 2-speed transfer case.
