2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser TRD Special Edition, finished in black with a black interior. The TRD Special Edition Package was offered for the 2007 model year only and featured 16-inch gunmetal grey finished TRD alloy wheels, Bilstein off-road-tuned shocks, a TRD cat-back exhaust system, and TRD badges. This FJ cruiser also comes equipped with a locking rear differential, A-trac active traction control, parking sensors, skid plates, and a tow receiver hitch.Produced from 2007 to 2014, the FJ Cruiser was styled after the Land Cruiser FJ40, though it was based on the JDM Land Cruiser Prado 120-series. Standard equipment included a 4.0-liter V6 engine, high-mounted double-wishbone front suspension, 4-link rear suspension with coil springs, and 4-wheel disc brakes.Power comes from a 4.0-liter V6, which produces 239 horsepower and 278 lb-ft of torque. The engine spins the rear or all four wheels via a 5-speed automatic transmission and 2-speed transfer case.
