2008 Lexus GX 470, finished in Blizzard Pearl with an Ivory interior. This GX 470 features a locking center differential, a 2-speed transfer case, Adaptive Variable Suspension, heated front seats, a navigation system, a Mark Levinson sound system, a rear seat entertainment system, and more as detailed below.Modifications are limited to the addition of Lexus GX 460 wheels, Arnott rear air springs, and ceramic window tint.Introduced for the 2003 model year, the GX 470 is based on the Toyota Prado and shares many components with the 4Runner. An update in 2004 included an upgraded transmission, and improvements to the V8 engine for the 2005 model year increased output by 35 horsepower. The model has become popular with enthusiasts for having the off-road capabilities of the Prado while featuring the luxurious amenities that Lexus is known for. Production ended in 2009 when it was replaced by the second generation GX 460.Power comes from a "2UZ-FE" 4.7-liter V8, rated at 263 horsepower and 315 lb-ft of torque.
