2004 Mazdaspeed MX-5 Miata, finished in Titanium Gray with a black interior. This Miata is equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission, and its odometer currently displays about 27,500 miles. Factory equipment includes 17-inch Racing Hart wheels, limited-slip differential, a Mazdaspeed body kit, a manually-folding soft top, leather upholstery, aluminum pedals, power windows and locks, air conditioning, and a Bose sound system. The selling dealer reports no modifications.Mazda introduced the second-generation MX-5 Miata for the 1999 model year. Called NB internally, it received an updated design, a more powerful engine, and a bigger trunk, among other changes. 2004 brought the Mazdaspeed-tuned model, which benefitted from performance upgrades like a turbocharged engine and Bilstein parts in the suspension system.Mazda sold 5,428 units of the Mazdaspeed Miata during the 2004 and 2005 model years, with 4,000 of those built for the 2004 model year. As of today, this roadster remains the only variant of the Miata fitted with a turbocharger from the factory.Power comes from a 1.8-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine, rated at 178 horsepower and 166 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission.
