2018 Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 S Coupe, finished in Designo Selenite Gray Magno with a black interior. The inspection results are pictured in the gallery.Mercedes-AMG created the GLC 63 by combining the C63's V8 with the E63's transmission and performance-tuned all-wheel-drive system. Launched for 2018, the GLC 63 was available as an SUV and as a four-door fastback labeled Coupe by the manufacturer. Only the latter was initially eligible to receive the S badge, which denotes an even more powerful engine. Both remain available in 2021, but the Edition 1 was only offered for a limited time.Power comes from a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8, rated at 503 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque. Hand-built, it spins the 4 wheels via a 9-speed automatic transmission and Mercedes-AMG's permanent 4Matic+ all-wheel-drive system.
