2008 Cadillac XLR-V, finished in Black Raven with a black interior. This convertible's odometer displays about 4,200 miles. Factory equipment includes 19-inch wheels, Magnetic Ride Control technology, HID headlights with a curve-assist function, a power-folding hardtop, wood interior trim, heated, ventilated, and power-adjustable front seats, and a 9-speaker Bose sound system. The only modification reported by the selling dealer is clear paint protection film applied to the front bumper, the hood, the fenders, and the door mirror caps.Released for 2003, the XLR brought Cadillac back to the roadster segment after a long hiatus. It was related to the sixth-generation Chevrolet Corvette, and the two models were built in the same facility, but it arrived as a more cruising-oriented drop-top with a power-folding hardtop and a "Northstar" V8 engine related to the unit that powered the STS. The range-topping V-badged model benefitted from a supercharged V8, a performance-tuned suspension system, and a specific exterior design, among other changes. Production ended in 2009, and Cadillac has steered clear of the convertible segment since.Power comes from a 4.4-liter supercharged "Northstar" V8, rated at 443 horsepower and 414 lb-ft of torque. It spins the rear wheels via a 6-speed automatic transmission.
