The only modification reported by the seller is a black grille wrap.General Motors entered the retro-compact market with the HHR just as public opinion had begun to shift away from hatchbacks shaped like SUVs from the 1940s, and toward actual SUVs from the present day. The SS borrows hardware from its Cobalt SS platform mate, including the stout 2.0-liter turbo and a sport suspension tuned at Germany's Nurburgring track.Power comes from a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4, rated at 260 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the front wheels through a 4-speed automatic transmission.
