2009 Audi R8 V8, finished in single-stage black with a patina race livery style wrap and a black leather interior. This R8 V8 is equipped with the desirable 6-speed gated manual transmission. This R8 was originally modified to take part in SEMA 2020, and a partial list of modifications includes a Prior Design widebody kit, Accuair air suspension kit, HRE Vintage Series wheels, and more.Audi broke new ground when it released the first-generation R8 for the 2008 model year. Low and wide, the R8 benefitted from Audi's expertise in using aluminum to save weight, and it launched with a V8 engine mounted behind the passenger compartment. It shared several parts with the Lamborghini Gallardo, though it was a fundamentally different car. Production of the original R8 (called "Type 42" internally) ended in 2015.Power for this R8 comes from a 4.2-liter V8, rated at 420 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque. Mid-mounted, it spins the 4 wheels via a 6-speed gated manual transmission and Audi's Quattro permanent all-wheel-drive system.
