Product Details

2002 Mercedes-Benz G500, finished in Brilliant Silver with a gray leather interior. Factory equipment on this G500 includes leather upholstery, burl wood interior trim, power-adjustable and heated front seats, a Bose audio system, COMAND infotainment system, dual-zone automatic climate control, and more as described below. Modifications are limited to a side-exit exhaust system and newer side mirrors. Introduced in 1979, the Gelandewagen was offered in Europe and other countries in military, commercial, and civilian variants. They were initially brought to the U.S. by a private importer. The G-Wagen was given the chassis name "W463" in 1990 after it was revised with more luxurious features and a wide range of engines. Mercedes-Benz began offering U.S.-spec trucks, like this one, for the 2002 model year. Power comes from the "M113" 5.0-liter V8, which produces 292 horsepower and 336 lb-ft of torque. The engine spins all four wheels via a 5-speed automatic transmission and full-time 4-wheel drive system with a 2-speed transfer case and three locking differentials.
