Modifications include LME LS7 CNC heads, American Racing headers, a Ron Davis radiator and transmission cooler, a Nick Williams 102mm throttle body, a Fast LSXR intake manifold, a Borla S-Type exhaust, an SCCA T1 rated suspension system, AP Racing front calipers and slotted rotors, and Cobra seats with six-point harnesses. Service documentation included in the photo gallery shows that in June 2017 this Corvette received a new set of LME CNC heads, a competition valve job, bronze valve guides, and had the intake, exhaust, and chamber ports machined.Released for 2005, the sixth-generation Corvette kept its predecessor's proportions but featured an updated exterior design with exposed headlights returning to the range for the first time since 1962. In 2006, the high-performance Z06 variant was added to the range, and it was celebrated as the fastest and most powerful street-legal car ever released by General Motors. It gained a mammoth V8 with titanium connecting rods, aluminum and carbon fiber components to keep weight in check, and a wider track. The C6 Z06 would be the last naturally aspirated iteration of the Z06.Power comes from the 7.0-liter "LS7" V8 engine, rated at 505 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque from the factory. Due to the modifications performed to this Corvette, it may produce more power, but a dyno sheet was not provided to confirm. Output is sent to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission.
