Modifications reported by the selling dealer are limited to tinted windows. Named after an early Range Rover prototype, the Velar joined the Land Rover line-up for 2018 to fill the gap between the Evoque and the Range Rover Sport. It was more road-focused than the Discovery thanks in part to an aluminum-intensive platform shared with the Jaguar F-Pace but it remained capable off the pavement. It's still available new in 2023.Power for this Velar comes from a 2.0-liter turbodiesel I4, rated at 180 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque.
