The only modification reported by the seller are timing chain guides from an RS4.Called "B6" internally, the second-generation A4 made its debut for the 2000 model year with evolutionary exterior design updates and a more luxurious interior -- Audi was serious about luring buyers out of BMW showrooms. It was initially only offered as a sedan but the Avant wagon joined the range in 2001, with the V8-powered S4 making its debut for 2003.
