The package adds a supercharger, composite engine cover, 6-piston forged front calipers, sport suspension lowering package, HD sway bars, a stainless steel cat-back exhaust system, 20-inch wheels, a thermoformed hood insert, custom seat trim package, and more.Special Vehicle Engineering's 455-hp Syclone Package is an homage to the GMC Syclone, which launched in 1991. Based on the GMC Canyon All Terrain, this package provides looks inspired by the GMC Syclone with increased performance and the features of a modern truck. Staying true to its roots, this modern take on the Syclone keeps its V6, though it substitutes the turbocharger found in the 1991 version with a supercharger. GMC commissioned SVE to build 100 Syclones in 2019. During this time GMC went on strike and SVE was only able to complete 12 trucks in total. The included build sheet, dash badge, and key chains show that this truck is Syclone #005, and that it cost an additional $41,290 on top of the price of the new truck.Power comes from a 3.6-liter supercharged V6, rated at 455 horsepower and 425 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels via an 8-speed automatic transmission and electronic 2-speed transfer case.
