2002 Lexus IS 300, finished in Graphite Gray Pearl with a black interior. This IS 300 features the desirable 5-speed manual transmission. According to the build sheet provided in the gallery, factory equipment includes 17-inch wheels, a limited-slip differential, a power sunroof, power-adjustable front seats, brushed aluminum interior trim, automatic climate control, and cruise control. The seller reports no modifications.When Lexus came to take on the space dominated by the BMW 3-series, it equipped the IS 300 model with the stout 3-liter inline-6 from the non-turbo Toyota Supra, a compact rear-drive platform, and—unfortunately for buyers who sprang for the 2001 model—an automatic transmission. Fortunately, this was rectified for the second model year, and a proper 5-speed manual transmission (W55) was added as an option. The IS 300 was also available as a 5-door hatchback/sport wagon.Power comes from a "2JZ-GE" 3.0-liter inline-6, rated at 215 horsepower and 218 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission.
