2005 Lexus GX 470, finished in Blizzard Pearl with an Ivory interior. Modified for off-roading, this GX is fitted with 17-inch Method Race wheels, a Dobinsons Spring & Suspension 3-inch suspension lift kit, brake rotors and brake calipers from a GX 460, an RCI Off Road skid plate, an aftermarket front bumper, and a Pioneer touchscreen head unit, among other aftermarket parts. Positioned below the LX, and known as the "J120" internally, it retained the Prado's above-average off-road prowess but it offered buyers a long list of comfort and luxury features worthy of the Lexus badge. Production ended with the introduction of the second-generation "J150" GX in 2009.Power comes from a 4.7-liter V8, rated at 270 horsepower and 330 lb-ft of torque. It spins the four wheels via a 5-speed automatic transmission and a 2-speed transfer case.
