1992 Dodge Stealth R/T Turbo, finished in red with a gray leather interior. Has received a long list of repairs in the last two years. Ross forged pistons, Clevite engine bearings, lifters from a later model, a machined crankshaft, and used cam gears were installed in February 2018, when it had 155,062 miles. Numerous other parts were replaced at the same time, including the timing belt and the oil pump. It received a new clutch in February 2020, and a remanufactured steering rack was installed in August 2020. Service records are included in the gallery.Modifications made to this Stealth include 19-inch wheels, a Dejon intake, an aftermarket clutch, a Momo shift knob, and an Alpine touchscreen. The seller notes he also made the Electronically Controlled Suspension (ECS) system firmer.Sold between the 1991 and 1996 model years, the Dodge Stealth was closely related to the Mitsubishi 3000GT, though its exterior design was penned in-house. Like the 3000GT, it was offered with front- or all-wheel drive, and with a naturally-aspirated or a turbocharged engine. Power for this Stealth comes from a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6, which produces 300 horsepower and 315 lb-ft of torque. Built by Mitsubishi, the engine spins the 4 wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission.The results of a dynamometer run peg the V6's output at 281 horsepower and 252 lb-ft of torque with the weather correction factor (WCF) accounted for. The seller claims that the engine was tuned down on purpose and that it's possible to extract more power from it.
