This BMW M2 is one of the 50 Black Shadow Edition models offered in the U.S. market, which all came finished in Black Sapphire Metallic and featured carbon-fiber door mirror caps, a carbon-fiber diffuser, black chrome exhaust pipes, and a set of forged 19-inch alloy wheels finished in black. The window sticker included in the gallery shows that this M2 came equipped with $9,400 in optional features, including the $4,650 Black Shadow Edition trim and the Executive Package, which includes adaptive LED headlights, rear parking sensors, a heated steering wheel, and a wireless charging pad. Modifications include a Dinan Stage 4 kit, featuring a larger turbocharger, intercooler, a carbon intake, a new exhaust system, and a tune. All the original stock parts are included in the sale. BMW introduced the F87 M2 for the 2016 model year as a high-performance evolution of the "F22"-generation 2 Series. Developed to replace the vaunted 1 Series M Coupe, it was celebrated as one of BMW M's greatest modern hits. This M2 benefits from all of these updates.Power for this M2 comes from a turbocharged "N55" 3.0-liter straight-6 engine, which produces 365 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque. Dinan claims its Stage 4 kit with the larger turbocharger and new intercooler increases those figures to 466 horsepower and 429 lb-ft of torque, but a dyno sheet isn't available. It drives the rear wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission connected to steering-wheel-mounted shift paddles.
