Product Details

1992 Jaguar XJ6 Sovereign, finished in Oyster Metallic with a tan leather interior. This XJ6 is equipped with 15-inch wheels, tan leather upholstery, wood interior trim, power-adjustable front seats, power-operated sunroof, cruise control, air conditioning, and more as listed below. Modifications reported by the seller are limited to a set of conventional Bilstein shocks that replace the factory self-leveling rear setup and an A/C that's been converted to R134a.Called "XJ40" internally, the second-generation XJ made its American debut for the 1988 model year as Jaguar's first new flagship sedan in 20 years. It was shorter, wider, taller, and lighter than the original XJ it was developed to replace. Depending on trim, the XJ40 featured either twin round or rectangle headlights, with the latter offered in the higher Sovereign and Vanden Plas models. Power for this XJ6 comes from an “AJ6” 4.0-liter inline-6 engine, rated at 223 horsepower and 279 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear wheels via a 4-speed automatic transmission.
