This E500's build sheet is pictured in the gallery, and the only modifications reported by the selling dealer are a Performance Chip Tuning chip and a set of 16-inch wheels.Mercedes-Benz released the 500E for 1992 as a high-performance evolution of the W124. Developed jointly with (and partially built by) Porsche, the sedan received a V8 engine, several suspension upgrades, and a specific body kit characterized by flared fenders. 1994 brought a facelift and the E500 designation; it was also the car's last model year. 10,479 units of the 500E and E500 were sold globally, according to Mercedes-Benz.
