Factory equipment includes a limited-slip differential, leather upholstery, air conditioning, cruise control, a rear window defroster, and more as listed below.This S2000 has been converted to look like a later AP2 model, featuring the latter’s bumpers, headlights, taillights, door panels and a steering wheel. Other modifications reported by the seller include a turbo kit from Science of Speed, an ACT pressure plate on a stock clutch, a titanium exhaust from Invidia, Tein springs, and 17-inch S2000 CR wheels, among others listed below. The Honda S2000 (known as "AP1" internally) was introduced for the 2000 model year; its model designation references the engine's 2000cc displacement, and its per-liter output was the highest of any naturally aspirated regular-production car. The AP1 also boasted 50/50 weight distribution and independently-sprung, double-wishbone suspension at each corner.Power comes from an “F20C” 2.0-liter inline 4-cylinder with Honda's "VTEC" technology, rated at 237 horsepower and 153 lb-feet of torque. The seller claims that the turbo kit raises the output to approximately 400 horsepower at the wheels, but a dyno sheet isn’t available. Output is sent to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission.
