This wagon's build sheet is pictured in the gallery, and the only modification reported by the seller is a Becker Europa cassette player.Mercedes-Benz introduced the W123 sedan for 1977 and quickly dropped the gasoline-burning models to focus on the more popular diesel-powered variants. The range included the 240D, which received a 4-cylinder diesel engine, and the 300D, which offered an extra cylinder (and, later, a turbo). Released for 1979, the S123 was the first wagon that Mercedes-Benz developed in-house.
