2015 Mercedes-Benz SLK55 AMG, finished in Designo Cardinal Red with a Designo Porcelain interior. Factory equipment on this SLK55 includes the P30 AMG Handling Package, which add features such as the AMG performance suspension, AMG performance steering wheel, a limited-slip differential, and an AMG compound braking system. Additional equipment includes 18-inch AMG wheels, a panorama roof, Airscarf ventilated headrests, a Harman/Kardon sound system, and more as detailed below. A front-view camera is the sole modification reported on this SLK.The "R172" SLK came to the North American market in 2011, with the range-topping AMG model arriving the following year. More muscular in appearance than its R171 predecessor, these roadsters packed V8 power, a folding hardtop, and rear-wheel-drive into a package roughly the same size as the NC-generation Miata. Production would be discontinued in 2016, and the model would be replaced by the twin-turbocharged V6 AMG SLC 43 later that year.Power comes from an "M152" 5.5-liter V8, rated at 415 horsepower and 398 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear wheels through a 7-speed automatic transmission.
