1965 Ford Mustang 2 + 2 Fastback Springtime Yellow.289 with a 4 barrel added, with auto transmission.The transmission was rebuilt by a local long time transmission shop a few years after he bought it.My dad has had this car for almost 30 years!This car has all original sheet metal!!!NO RUST what so EVER!!!When he bought the car it was disassembled and repainted a year or 2 before. I say disassembled because I see no sign of overspray. Weather stripping was all new at that time also. The doors close like it did when new!! My dad added A/C, factory type. Also added power disc front brakes with rear drums. The paint is great but has 2 little chips on the top of the right rear panel. All lights, horn and the rest of the electrical items work as they should. The interior is near perfect but needs to be wiped down, has some surface white mold but no big deal, it comes off nicely. The engine starts My dad used the car almost weekly before storage. It’s been stored in his garage with a car cover and carpet on the floor, no moisture!! During my Dad’s ownership it was never driven in the rain or washed!!! Just spray cleaners and wax!!! Undercarriage is perfect with NO RUST anywhere!!! But has undercoating and is solid, no peeling!! No undercoating in the engine bay! Has Magnum 500 wheels.
