1986 Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.3-16, finished in Smoke Silver Metallic with an Anthracite leather interior. The original owner of this 2.3-16 kept it from 1986 to 2020; the seller purchased it from the original owner's wife in May. This 2.3-16 is completely stock and unmodified from new. This 190E is equipped with 15-inch wheels and a factory-installed body kit (including model-specific bumpers on both ends, side skirts, and a trunk-mounted spoiler) that sets it apart from other unmodified 190s. Launched in America for the 1986 model year, the 2.3-16 was a quicker, sportier evolution of the "W201" 190E that set several endurance records on the Nardo test track in Italy. This 190E 2.3-16 is powered by a 2.3-liter, 16-valve four-cylinder engine, which produces 167 horsepower and 162 pound-feet of torque. The cylinder head was developed with input from Cosworth. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a 4-speed automatic transmission.
