2004 Audi S4 Avant, finished in Nogaro Blue with a Black and Nogaro Blue interior. This S4 Avant's automatic transmission has been replaced with a 6-speed manual transmission. It was initially only offered as a sedan but the Avant wagon joined the range in 2001, with the V8-powered S4 making its debut for 2003. Audi never built a B6-based RS4, so the S4 stood proud as the most powerful member of the portfolio until production ended in 2006.Power comes from a 4.2-liter V8, rated at 340 horsepower and 302 lb-ft of torque in stock form. Due to the modifications performed to this S4 Avant, it likely produces more power, but a dyno sheet was not provided to confirm. Output is sent to all four wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission and Audi's Quattro permanent all-wheel-drive system.
