2003 Mazda MX-5 Miata, finished in Brilliant Black with a black soft top and a black interior. This Miata was originally built with a 6-speed manual transmission, but a 5-speed manual has been swapped in its place. Equipment on this LS trim MX-5 includes 16-inch wheels, leather seats, a factory body kit, and remote keyless entry.Modifications to this Miata include a Hard Dog roll bar, StopTech brake pads, and a 5-speed manual transmission from a 1999 NB Miata, replacing the original 6-speed. This Mazda-built transmission is preferred by many in the Miata community for its shift feel and taller gearing.Built between 1999 and 2005, the relatively short-lived NB Miata was designed to be thrown wildly down back roads but is equally at home in legally sanctioned events. This NB is prepped for autocross work with its mild performance upgrades, but the addition of a tow hitch and tire trailer make it uniquely tailored for track life.Power comes from a 1.8-liter inline-four engine, rated at 142 horsepower and 125 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission.
