Approximately 800 units were sold in North America through BMW dealers until the model retired in early 2008.This B7 is powered by a supercharged 4.4-liter V8, rated at 500 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a 6-speed automatic transmission that can be shifted manually using a pair of driver-facing buttons on the steering wheel.
