It was joined by a convertible version, known as A217, the following year. Both were designed with an eye on comfort and luxury, and they offered a relatively spacious interior with four seats. Mercedes-Benz discontinued the coupe and convertible versions of the S-Class after the 2021 model year and has indicated it won't bring them back anytime soon.Power comes from a 5.5-liter twin-turbocharged V8, rated at 577 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque when left stock.
