Modifications to this Land Cruiser are extensive, and highlights include 17-inch Stealth Custom Series alloy wheels, Slee Offroad "ShortBus" front bumper, Old Man Emu suspension with steering dampener, frame sanded and painted with POR 15 rust inhibitor, sound dampening material in the floor, doors, and rear cargo area, leather-wrapped steering wheel, heated and cooled front seats, and much more.Released for 1991, the 80-Series is the first Land Cruiser to firmly plant its flag in the luxury segment. It was bigger than its predecessor, it gained a more aerodynamic design, and it offered better materials inside. It nonetheless kept what adventurers loved about the Land Cruiser: solid axles, a 2-speed transfer case, and a generous amount of ground clearance.Power for this Land Cruiser comes from a 4.5-liter straight-6, rated at 212 horsepower and 275 lb-ft of torque. It spins the 4 wheels via a 4-speed automatic transmission.
